Contracts agreed in our physical store are not subject to the 14-day distance selling cancellation right. Early termination fees apply if you cancel a fixed-term contract before the end date — typically the remaining monthly charges for the rest of your term. We will always explain this clearly before you sign anything.
30-day rolling SIM-only contracts can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No early termination fee applies.
